" I was born in 1957 and I live in Florence, where I grew up. After studying art and experience in the field of experimental theater in the mid-70s begin a journey into the world twenty years of art and artistic craft. Beginning in 1976 to make paper mache masks and theatrical arts. In 1977 the fund '"The Art Atelier maschereri" (real source of ideas and artistic creations), which quickly received attention nationally and internationally and allows me to turn around the world by exporting my art, fruit an artistic and iconographic research on the theater, the mask, the rites connected with it and the carnival, allowing them to know authors and artists of various trends.
Prallelamente masks and paper mache sculpture painting began developing my research since 1977 to attend the Florentine art scene in those years and the stage vibrant destination of painters, sculptors and critics. In 1981 the first exhibition with Ken's Art Gallery in Florence, followed by others both in Italy and abroad, invited the United States, Japan, Singapore and Germany...

Starting in the '90s began to devote more and more exclusively to painting, but, in parallel with my activities in the field of visual arts, is realized the other great passion of my life: the music, I have always cultivated, especially as a percussionist, drummer and a lover of Latin and Caribbean music. From '92 to 2002 I collect a considerable success in the role of EL Chevere DJ, percussionist and organizer of gigs, events and music festivals in Latin music. This does not prevent me to continue my painting career that even he draws inspiration and benefits, being able to get in touch with reality and other countries of the world...

Since the mid-90s until 2002, begin a new cycle of study tours in Italy and abroad (even in central and south america, where not only enrich my experience in music I could sell some of my works) , making sketches, drawings and written material that will serve as a base and then core assets for future works. And 'in 2002, which begins to form the basic idea of the "HOLY SUSPENDED".
Also in 2002 ended both the experience of El Chevere DJ in Latin music, is the experience of "The mask makers Atelier", the latter essential to fully develop the modeling, painting and decoration and different materials. Finally in 2005, after 2 years "sabbatical", ...

I devote myself exclusively to the series of paintings called "THE HOLY SUSPENDED". My paintings are figurative whose got to do with the female figure stands, symbolically set in a spiritual space, a critical neo-paganism of religions and conventions. Normally explain my new works at the famous Bar Futurist The RCMP in Florence, but in recent years I have felt the need to expose and promote these highly evocative paintings, beyond the usual circle of individuals, placing them in special environments and equally evocative: I think of crypts, lodges, churches desecrated, underground rooms lit by lights and shadows of torches and candles, such as the crypt of St. Medieval Cistern Maria a Monte (PI), where in July 2009 there was an exhibition. "
