At the races- Chronicle

At the races - Chronicle

This, perhaps, is the most beautiful and meaningful set of all the personal history and artist Woodns. Narrator and reporter at the same time, interprets perfectly, using the language of the player, one or more days lived racecourse or in a room races. Overview abstract but clear, represented in ten tablets made of poor materials. Scrap pieces of gingerbread and pieces of old furniture doors, suitably refreshed by heavy hands of cementite. And then sucessivamete painted. Taking into consideration every single part of this work, we realize that each fragment represents a particular one of these days spent at the races or the same trend of the day, whether positive or negative has been.
Also adding some reflections and conclusions that every player combines his experience to play. The series, therefore, provides us with a complete picture about racing, both on the particular language used in that context, that the description of subjective emotions felt by the bettor. In our case, all the trepidations field-proven by the artist. Admire together and comment on each individual piece of this very valuable work.
